For autistic people, at any age

Keeps you company, on the hardest days too.

It knows what drains you and what helps. When you can’t speak, it speaks for you. Everything stays on your phone.

In development. Android first.

What it is

One app for good days and for the hardest ones.

There when you need it. Quiet when you don’t.

  1. It knows you

Your Manual is built with you, in conversation: what drains you, what helps, how you communicate. Every suggestion says where it comes from.

  2. It acts when you can’t

One tap shows what you can’t say, guides your breathing, or alerts the person you chose. Offline too.

  3. It shares only what you decide

Your family, school or workplace see what you allow, for as long as you decide. Take it back whenever you want.

Who it’s for

Two ways in. The autistic person always at the center.

I’m autistic

At any age, diagnosed or not.

  • One tap to say how you are. See your day’s energy, and why.
  • Ready phrases the app says out loud when you can’t speak.
  • A crisis plan you build when you’re calm and rehearse ahead of time.
  • Your Manual, to share with whoever you choose.

I support someone

For parents, partners, teachers and support teams.

  • You set up your child’s profile. Control passes to them as they grow.
  • You get their requests for help, with what they need you to do.
  • You read their Manual: what helps, what doesn’t, what to do in a crisis.
  • You see only what they allow.

Keeping you company

Call it anything you like. By default, Nía.

A point of light that breathes with you. No face, no robot voice. It speaks briefly and literally, or however you ask.

  1. Nía: Your energy is low. The 10 o’clock meeting usually lowers it more.

  2. Nía: If you want, three minutes of breathing. Or not.

  3. You: Not now.

  4. Nía: Okay. I’ll stay quiet.

What it is, and what it isn’t

  • It’s an AI, not a person. It says so when it matters.
  • It doesn’t diagnose or replace a professional.
  • It doesn’t ask you to make eye contact or to stop stimming.
  • It doesn’t push. Silence is an answer too.
  • It doesn’t talk down to you.

In a crisis

This is how it sounds when you can’t speak.

With one tap the whole screen changes: a point of light and nothing else. If you hand over your phone, whoever reads it sees this.

  • I’m autistic and I’m overloaded.
  • I can’t talk right now.
  • Please don’t touch me.
  • Speak quietly, or don’t speak to me.
  • I just need space and time. This will pass.

You write the text yourself, when you’re calm. It also alerts the person you chose, if you set it up that way. It never calls anyone on its own.

Today’s energy

See it rise, see it fall, and see why.

It comes from what you answer when the app asks how you are, and from your watch if you connect one. Within a few days you see what raises it and what drains it.

A sample day.
  1. 8:00 AMFull

    You slept well.

  2. 10:00 AMMedium

    Meeting with background noise.

  3. 1:00 PMHigh

    Lunch alone, in silence.

  4. 5:00 PMLow

There’s another meeting at this time tomorrow.

Your data

What’s yours lives on your phone.

No account, no email, no diagnosis. Your Manual, how you’ve been and your crisis plans are stored encrypted on your device and work offline.

On your phone, always

  • Your full Manual
  • How you’ve been, and your energy
  • Your crisis plans
  • Your phrases and your voice

On our servers, only if you want

  • An encrypted backup only you can open
  • What you share, encrypted for the person who receives it
  • Anonymous usage numbers, only if you turn them on

If a feature uses cloud AI, it asks you first, sends the minimum, and nothing is kept.

Public commitments

What we promise, in writing.

  • The essentials are free, forever

Your company, your Manual, “How are you right now?”, crisis mode, asking for help and the communication board. Whatever you had for free stays free for you.

  • No account needed

It works from the first minute. An account is optional, only for the backup and for sharing.

  • No personal data

Your data lives on your phone and nothing leaves without your permission. The only thing that can leave is anonymous usage numbers, and only if you turn them on. You can export everything in open formats and truly delete it.

  • It never tries to make you “normal”

It doesn’t train eye contact, correct how you talk or reward “good behavior”. It assists, and it translates both ways.

  • What you’ve learned stays where it is

An update never moves what you already know. Changes are announced ahead of time, and your boards and routines can be frozen.

  • No ads, no selling data

No ads, no paid placements. Your data isn’t sold and doesn’t train models without separate permission you can withdraw. No trial charges you on its own.
